I ordered three Bisley drawer units in October (8-drawer MD8, 2-drawer FILE2, and 3-drawer FILE3). I appreciated the fun colors that matched between styles. I am building an office space in a spare room and it has provided a very creative yet pulled together look under a simple plywood desktop. However, they aren't very high quality. Overall the metal is quite flimsy. I am pretty sure I could tear open the "locked" drawer with my bare hands. For the price, I don't think they are worth it. They look nice but I'm disappointed every time I open a drawer. With the free shipping they may be worth it- especially if you live somewhere remote but I still wouldn't purchase them again.

This is low quality. It's out of square so the drawers don't close properly. The top one catches when you try to open it. The material is thin and the cabinet overall is flimsy and cheap. I'm only keep it because I need it and don't have time to bother with it otherwise. Keep looking. You will not be happy with this.

It's a total piece of crap. Damaged. Cheap. Light weight. Dented. Drawers askew. Was out of the country and had a 30 day return window I missed and am now stuck with this total piece of junk. It's useless. Do NOT buy this or any of their products. You're kissing your money goodbye.

This filing cabinet may be steel, but it must be the thinnest steel made. The drawers are crooked, they don't line up with each other, they don't glide smoothly, and the drawer bottoms have gaps on the sides. The lock is useless. You can easily open the drawers even when they're locked. For this price I expected much better quality.

Like other reviewers, the lower drawer slide brok the first time I slid the drawer open. Reassembling the slide not possible since it s just pressed together. Bought this because everything else clashes with my home. (Work from home takes another casualty).

For now I will just use the upper drawer since this would be too expensive and impossible to package back up for return. This did not sl

I have a small 5-drawer Bisley and was impressed by the quality, so I ordered this one for my home office. Unfortunately, I found this filing cabinet was not made to the same standards. The metal was much thinner, and the drawer pulls were plastic that were loose enough to pull off. Even with the locking mechanism, it would be very easy for the average adult to pry open both drawers. I promptly returned this item, and the seller refunded the cost.

I paid $200+ dollars for a file cabinet so it would be durable and solid. This was anything but. Thin metal, plastic handles, and lock mechanism was very week. The one bright spot was the return was painless.
