Microsoft’s next Xbox is one year away, report claims - rachelfloore

Microsoft will release its next Xbox console in time for the 2022 holiday season, according to a report from Bloomberg.

The report cites the accustomed "people acquainted the ship's company's plans." Microsoft hasn't decided when to announce its side by side gaming console, the sources say, only the big reveal power happen during the E3 trade show in June surgery at a tell apart launch event.

Bloomberg's report didn't have any details on the console itself, but leaked planning documents and other sources hint at a Blu-shaft instrumentalist, broadcast DVR, a a great deal more faithful version of Kinect, and of course the requisite boost in processing mogul and memory. Microsoft May even be planning increased realness specs to full complement the console, which would work tandem with Kinect for a Holodeck-like experience.

A ripe 2022 launch wouldn't be a big surprise, given the game industry's slumping gross sales.
